Payments may be placed in the available drop boxes in an envelope or sent via US Mail.  Acceptable forms of payment are check or money order, NO CASH.  If you are requesting a receipt for your payment, please indicate a receipt is needed and provide an email or a self-address stamped envelope.

Receipts for tax payments can be requested for the City of Reading by visiting the Treasurer home page and clicking on the "email us" button.  Please be sure to include your parcel address or parcel identification number (PIN).

Drop boxes can be found at the entrance to the County Services Center right through security (M-F 8 a.m. - 6 p.m.) or at the entrance of the Courthouse before you go through security (24/7).
