ALERT! Berks County South Campus Closed Monday, October 5: The Berks County South Campus will be closed to staff and the public on Monday, October 5, to complete a scheduled electrical utility project. The South Campus Building will be without power from 8 am to 5 pm while Met-Ed conducts this work. For safety reasons, no one will be permitted to enter or access the South Campus building for any reason between 8 am to 5 pm on October 5.

The County appreciates the public’s understanding and apologizes for any inconvenience this temporary closure may cause.

Write-in candidates must file a petition with the Board of Elections if they wish to cumulate votes perceived to be variations of their registered name. The petition must be presented to the Office of Election Services Office by 5 p.m. on Friday, June 3,  2022, the end of the 5-day review period.

Write-In Winners - Letters will be forthcoming after the Petition to Cumulate period announcing any write-in winners/nominations.  Those individuals will have until 30 days after election certification to file acceptance paperwork with the Office of Election Services and to file Original Copy of the Statement of Financial Interest with the governing body.
