Listed below is a schedule of public meetings of County Boards, Commissions, Committees, Councils, Task Forces, and other Agencies for 2025.  For public meetings held in virtual or hybrid formats, the online session of said meetings will be held via Microsoft Teams.  The public may comment virtually via the Q&A function of Microsoft Teams, consistent with the applicable public comment policy.  A link to the online session of each public meeting will be posted to the County’s website at www.berkspa.gov under “Public Meetings” along with the meeting’s agenda.  For public meetings held in-person at the Berks County Services Center, the address for the Services Center is 633 Court Street, Reading, PA, 19601.  For public meetings held in-person at locations other than the Berks County Services Center, the locations and addresses of those meetings are set forth in this notice and on the meeting calendar item.  The dates, times, and locations of the public meetings outlined in this notice are subject to change throughout the year.  Any such changes will be posted on the County’s website and notice of the change will be provided as may be required by law. NOTE: Individuals attending any of these meetings with a disability requiring special services or auxiliary aids should submit a written request for assistance to the office of the County Chief Clerk.  If a County Holiday is celebrated on a scheduled meeting date, timely notice of the rescheduling or cancelation of that meeting will be provided.
