Notary Signature Registration Process Change Effective 10/01/2024

Effective October 1, 2024, Notaries Public Will No Longer Be Required to Visit The Prothonotary's Office to Register Their Signatures.  The Recorder of Deeds Office Will Complete the Entire Process.  The Charge That Notaries Public Will Pay at the Recorder of Deeds Office Will Be $45, Which Includes the $5 Prothonotary Signature Registration Fee.
