Mission
Coordinate the preparation of the County's annual operating budget and to efficiently administer budget activity through the year.
Goals
It is the goal of the Office of Budget and Finance to prepare, analyze, monitor, and report on the County's capital and operating budgets; ensure the County has available cash to finance daily operations; and manage County debt in accordance with cash needs and to provide fiscal direction to all County departments in an effective manner.
