ALERT! Berks County South Campus Closed Monday, October 5: The Berks County South Campus will be closed to staff and the public on Monday, October 5, to complete a scheduled electrical utility project. The South Campus Building will be without power from 8 am to 5 pm while Met-Ed conducts this work. For safety reasons, no one will be permitted to enter or access the South Campus building for any reason between 8 am to 5 pm on October 5.

The County appreciates the public’s understanding and apologizes for any inconvenience this temporary closure may cause.

New Public Access Policy Of The Unified Judicial System Of Pennsylvania.

NEW public access policy of the Unified Judicial System (UJS) of Pennsylvania for case records filed and maintained by the appellate and trial courts becomes effective January 6, 2018. The policy, related documents and instructional videos can be viewed on the UJS website at: click here to go to the PA Public Records Policies page. In Berks County, new Berks County Rule of Judicial Administration BRJA 510 requires persons filing documents that contain personal information as defined by the Policy to file a Confidential Information Form or a Confidential Document Form as applicable.
