Many of the information requests we receive are for demographic and statistical data. Much of the data we use are produced by any number of federal, state, county, and non-governmental agencies. As the local affiliate of the Pennsylvania State Data Center, it is our role to provide easy access to these different data sources and the information they disseminate. The U.S. Census Bureau has a website that allows data searches for many items at different geographic levels.  Data for Census Tracts, Block Groups, and School Districts can be obtained by calling our offices.  Areas outside of Berks County should be retrieved from the either the State Data Center or Census Bureau's websites.
