Two pre-bid conferences will be conducted, beginning at the Berks County Jail located at 1287 County Welfare Road, Leesport, PA 19533, and continuing to additional project sites. The first conference is scheduled for Thursday, September 25, 2025 at 10:00 A.M., and the second for Thursday, October 9, 2025 at 10:00 A.M. All attendees must check in at the Jail lobby and await further instructions from County personnel.
A third pre-bid conference will be held in connection with this project. This third pre-bid
conference will commence at the Berks County Jail, located at 1287 County Welfare
Road, Leesport, PA 19533, and proceed to the additional project sites thereafter. The
third pre-bid conference is scheduled for Tuesday, October 21, 2025 at 10:00 A.M. All
attendees must check in at the Berks County Jail lobby and await further instructions
from County personnel.
The Bid Submittal Deadline has been extended to Thursday, November 6, 2025 at 2:00 P.M.
Please note: No additional questions will be accepted by the Owner during this extension
period.
Bid Opening: Thursday, November 6, 2025 at 2:15 P.M., Local Prevailing Time
