Please be aware : The Berks County Area Agency on Aging, Assessment, Mapping, Planning Commission, and the Industrial Development Authority will move from the County Services Center to the South Campus in Mohnton throughout April and May. If you have any business with those departments, please check with them about their current location before visiting.

Marriage Certifications

The issuing County maintains marriage records, meaning-if you applied for your license in Berks county, we will be able to issue you a certified marriage certificate.

Marriage Certifications can be requested by mailing the completed Marriage Certification Request Form, along with the appropriate fee by check or money order to the address listed on the form.

If you did not apply in Berks County, but were married in Berks County, you will have to contact the County in which you applied for your license to get a certified marriage certificate.
