2025 Real Estate Tax Bills

2025 Real Estate Tax Bills have been mailed with a March 1, 2025 bill date.
We are currently in the DISCOUNT PERIOD which is good through April 30, 2025.
If you did not receive your 2025 Real Estate Tax Bill, please contact your District Tax Collector to request a copy of the tax bill. For properties ONLY within the City of Reading you can contact the Berks County Treasurer. For outside of the City of Reading please contact your District's Tax Collector. 2025-Tax-Collector-List
If you did not receive your tax bill and believe it's due to a mailing address in need of correction please contact the Berks County Assessment Office to request the change. Incorrect mailing addresses will affect all correspondences mailed out to you including, but not limited to, tax bills and reminder notices.
