ALERT! Berks County South Campus Closed Monday, October 5: The Berks County South Campus will be closed to staff and the public on Monday, October 5, to complete a scheduled electrical utility project. The South Campus Building will be without power from 8 am to 5 pm while Met-Ed conducts this work. For safety reasons, no one will be permitted to enter or access the South Campus building for any reason between 8 am to 5 pm on October 5.

The County appreciates the public’s understanding and apologizes for any inconvenience this temporary closure may cause.

2026 Real Estate Tax Bills

News Date: Wednesday, July 1, 2026

2026 Real Estate Tax Bills have been mailed with a March 1, 2026 bill date.

We are currently in the PENALTY PERIOD which is good through December 31, 2026.

If you did not receive your 2026 Real Estate Tax Bill, please contact your District Tax Collector to request a duplicate copy of the tax bill.  Tax Collector List

If you did not receive your tax bill and believe it's due to a mailing address in need of correction, please contact the Berks County Assessment Office to request the mailing address change.  Incorrect mailing addresses will affect all correspondences mailed out to you including, but not limited to, tax bills and reminder notices.
