Visit the Earthrise Café (Hours - 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. ) on the second floor of the Berks County Services Center and enjoy fresh, made-to-order meals. From breakfast favorites like bagels, coffee, and a variety of breakfast sandwiches to lunch options including soups, salads, sandwiches, and daily specials, we’ve got something for everyone, plus a full selection of hot and cold beverages.

Founded in 1992, Earthrise Enterprises, Inc. is a 501(c) non-profit organization created by the Berks County Juvenile Probation Office and now overseen by the Berks County Probation/Parole Department. Guided by a volunteer board of directors, Earthrise provides at-risk youth and young adults with meaningful employment opportunities, helping them gain valuable job skills while earning income and building a foundation for future success.
