Please be aware : The Berks County Area Agency on Aging, Assessment, Mapping, Planning Commission, and the Industrial Development Authority will move from the County Services Center to the South Campus in Mohnton throughout April and May. If you have any business with those departments, please check with them about their current location before visiting.

Web CAD

Berks County Department of Emergency Services utilizes Tyler Technologies Enterprise CAD for its computer-aided-dispatching and record management solution. Access to this service is managed through a web-based application and is accessible by authorized police, fire and EMS organizations in Berks County by the organization's username and password. Each agency was previously assigned credentials that can be used to log in to this service.
